Fly Fishing for Pike

I aim to visit Netherland for a few days in late January / early February.
I am wondering is fly fishing for pike possible that time.

Could you recommend some good places I should visit (close to Amsterdam)?
Where I can buy fishing license?

You can buy the fishing license (vispas) at a local tackle shop when you are in Holland.
Or check www.sportvisserijnederland.nl for a possibility to buy it online.

I live in the nord east of Holland so I cannot recommend places near Amsterdam due
to missing fishing experience in that region.
